On Tuesday the 13. of October we were delighted to host a delegation from Germany. Representatives of partner organizations and the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) stayed a couple of hours to get an insight into the work of ANP in Dealing with the Past, Peace Education and Peacebuilding and meeting participants from the training.
On Tuesday the 13. of October 2015 and delegation from Germany came to Gjilan/Gnjilane to get an insight about the work of ANP. Nils Warner from the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Claudia-Maria Kukla and Nehari Sharri from forumZFD and from our partner organizations Anja Petz (KURVE Wustrow) and Nenad Vukosavljević (Center for Nonviolent Action – CNA) visited our office. Here they had the chance to meet participants from our ongoing Dealing with the Past in Kosovo project Diamant Gashi (Pristina), Lirija Duleniku and Verica Lazovic (Peja/Peć). In an open discussion the participants explained how the experienced the training on Dealing with the Past, what they learned and how it changed their perception of memory, remembrance and reconciliation.
In the second part of the visit the delegation had the chance to meet participants from the Introduction to Peace Building (mir-paqe-миp2015) (peace2015) training organized by our partner Center for Nonviolent Action (CNA) in Dojran, Macedonia in May. The training was conducted by an international training team including Nenad Vukosavljević from CNA together with Nexhat Ismajli from ANP. Furthermore engaged in the trainer team were ), Albulena Karaga (PDAS Megjashi), Nataša Okilj and Jasna Dimitrijević (both CNA). The guests from Germany could talk to some of the participants from the training from Kosovo Vjollca Hoti (Fushë Kosova/Kosovo Polje) , Samir Berisha (Gjilan/Gnjilane) and Jovica Maksimovic (Parteš/Partesh).
